As we savor these last beautiful days of August, I’m sharing a new practice inspired by the feeling of summer I never quite want to end along with a few extra opportunities to meet me on the mat in studio before the month comes to a close. ☀️🌊
🌊 Endless Summer Vinyasa
Flow • Open • Linger
My latest online Yoga Flow, Endless Summer Vinyasa, is an invitation to find that lovely yoga flow state where you become deeply connected to your breath, your body and the present moment.
Move through a full body Vinyasa as if you’re moving with the endless waves of the ocean flowing, opening and lingering as your breath guides you from one posture into the next.
Along the way, we’ll explore a couple of shoreline inspired postures, including Mermaid/Merman Pose and Heron Pose, while creating strength, openness and space throughout the entire body.
You’ll leave class feeling calm, strong + spacious, ready to take in the endless summer days ahead.
