Happy June! LT Summer Solstice Celebration, New HOT Vault Classes & Fresh Ways to Practice

Summer is here, bringing longer days, brighter mornings, and an invitation to explore, experiment, and try something new.
There is something about this season that encourages us to step outside our routines, embrace new experiences, and discover fresh possibilities both on and off the mat. Whether you’re joining me for a class you’ve never tried before, practicing outdoors under the summer sky, or recommitting to your wellness routine, June is a beautiful time to begin.
I’m excited to share a few special offerings this month, including a Summer Solstice Celebration at Life Time East Boca, additional HOT Vault West Boca classes, and new ways to practice both in studio and online.
🌞 LT SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION
The Summer Solstice arrives on Sunday, June 21st, marking the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, the official beginning of summer, International Yoga Day, and Father’s Day.
What better way to celebrate than by gathering outdoors to move, breathe, and welcome the season together?
Sunday, June 21st • 7:00am–8:30am
Poolside at Life Time East Boca
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of LifePower Yoga SOL Guided Vinyasa, where I’ll guide you through an energizing practice rich with Sun Salutations, standing postures, mindful breathwork, and flowing movement. Rooted in classical Ashtanga Yoga and blended with modern sequencing, this practice is designed to build heat, focus, vitality, and transformation.
We’ll then continue with LifePower Yoga FIRE- a dynamic, cardio inspired practice designed to elevate your heart rate, challenge your endurance, and keep the energy flowing. From there, we’ll transition into grounding floor work, longer held stretches, and a well deserved savasana, creating a balanced experience that combines strength, movement, recovery, and restoration.
After class, stay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
✨ Life Time members are welcome to bring guests.
✨ Celebrate the first morning of summer with movement, community, sunshine, and a little extra joy.
