We will begin with a targeted warm up designed to unlock the primary areas needed for King Pigeon- the hip flexors, psoas, and shoulders. Using a pose breakdown lab approach, we will explore:


👑 The Power of Props: Learn how to use yoga blocks to square your hips and protect your lower back. We’ll utilize yoga straps to bridge the gap between hand and foot, allowing for a deeper flip the grip shoulder rotation without compromising alignment.
