The practice begins with deep cleansing breaths, encouraging you to let go of distractions and focus on your intentions. What fills your heart with joy? What drains your energy? This practice invites you to be mindful of your surroundings and open to the experiences that uplift you.


As you move through the flow, notice what aligns with you, try it on, and release what doesn’t. Embrace the revitalizing power of linking breath to movement to rejuvenate your body and spirit.

This yoga flow will help strengthen your back, core, shoulders, and arms. Toward the end of the session, camel pose backbend variations will allow your heart space to soften and open, inviting a sense of peace and joy.
