September’s Twists + Hips Yoga Flow
This September, yoga flow classes at my livestream & on demand studio are twists + hips focused.
These classes are alignment based and creatively sequenced feel good flows that focus on slow paced transitions to strengthen and stretch your body. This tempo helps you move with conscious control. After warming up with a twists + hips flow, you will progress into deep twists & hip openers that will focus your mind in the present moment. Class concludes in restorative postures that will help you digest all you mobilized and leave you positively glowing.
Twisting wrings out your middle body which creates a detox effect within your digestive body. Twisting also lengthens your spine which makes space for the vertebrae as well as for energy to flow more freely.
The hip opening postures will create greater mobility within your lower body. This will help you better access the muscular strength of your legs & hips to provide a steady foundation for you to go deeper into your twists.
The results are you will feel stronger, detoxed, & ease.
