Today I realized I'm getting close to having 150 Yoga Flow + Restore and BodySculpting classes stored into my On Demand Class Replays Library. It's hard to believe so much time has gone by since nearly everything we do has hopped online. I am so grateful to all of you who are subscribed to or drop in for classes at my Online Studio. Although we've been separated for so long because of the pandemic and now with my move out of northern New Jersey to Boca Raton, Florida, it is such a treat for me to continue to share my yoga practice and exercise workouts with you.
I plan to continue live-streaming classes and putting them into my library so you can access class whenever you want. What's NEW to my classes is the Yoga Flow + Restore classes are now All Levels and full body yoga flows. Within these alignment based slow to medium paced flow classes I offer posture modifications throughout class. This enables a brand new beginner to pace themselves as they learn and more experienced yogis and yoginis will be cued into more challenging versions of postures. Also, I've added 3 & 5lbs weights to the BodySculpting class to challenge your strength, build some muscle, and strengthen your bones. The weights are optional, but I have a feeling you are going to enjoy them and your positive results.

Coming soon on Tuesdays and Thursdays July 6th-20th I will be teaching live in person 12noon Gentle Warrior classes at BambooMoves Yoga in Englewood, NJ These classes will also be live-streamed on Zoom. Friday's 5pm Surrender classes will continue to be live-streamed on Zoom.
