I had the pleasure of being interviewed by

Nyack News and Views. Being interviewed on how I chose the yoga path was an interesting and eye opening experience for me to reflect on. Speaking about my career and yoga practice so far gave me a greater appreciation for good, bad and neutral experiences that got me to where I am today.
