Valentine's Day asks us to take a look at what warms our heart in the middle of winter's cold. Looking within our feeling center requires mindful reflection. Compassion Yoga Flow is a special midwinter workshop that is designed to soothe your senses with meditation, breath work and a touch of restorative yoga. It will also stimulate your ability to stretch and strengthen your heart center with back bending and arm balancing posture flow in addition to challenge your physical balance as well as contemplate your ability to equally give to yourself and others. The result is an open, healthy and compassionate heart.
This workshop is excellent for yoga teachers who are interested in teaching thematic classes to raise awareness for any cause their heart has compassion towards plus anyone who is interested in balancing the giving and receiving qualities of their heart. Please visit www.bamboomovesenglewood.com to register for this Sat. Feb. 13th at 2pm 2hr special event.
*Compassion Yoga Flow is featured as an online yoga practice at www.yogainternational.com This practice raises awareness to The Himalayan Institute's One Tribe Project who is building libraries in Cameroon, Africa.
