Tips to Ease Back into Routine

I hope the new year is treating you well and you're still committed to your yoga and fitness goals. I thought I'd share some tips that could help you ease back into your yoga routine and ensure you're on your mat every day.

  1. Try to practice at the same time every day. This helps in setting a routine and your body will start to adapt to the schedule.

  1. Eat light at least one hour before your practice. This can help ensure you're comfortable and focused during your session.

  1. Keep all your yoga essentials like mats, mat bag, straps, blocks, weights etc in one spot. This way, you won't have to waste time searching for them.

  1. Silence all your devices and dedicate at least 1 hour to practice. This way, you can fully concentrate on your practice without any interruptions.

These tips are simple and easy to follow. So, let's start creating a more effective yoga routine! Remember, consistency is key in any practice, so let's keep showing up on our mats!
