Happy New Year!

With the holidays behind us, it's the perfect time to rejuvenate your yoga, fitness, and meditation routine. I know how busy life can get, and sometimes, it's tough to maintain a consistent gym or studio schedule. But, don't worry! Practicing at home at your desired time is a great alternative, and it's definitely helped me stick with it over the years.

I often get asked for tips on how to create and sustain a home yoga practice, so here are my top 10:

1. Practice at the same time every day - consistency is key!

2 Eat lightly before practice, and save the big meal for after.

3. Create an inviting practice space - I love adding flowers and scented candles to mine.

4. Keep all your yoga essentials like mats, blocks, straps, and cushions within the space.

5. Be gentle with yourself. It's okay to have varying intensity levels in your practice. The important thing is to make it to your mat.

6. Keep your space clean and ready for your next practice.

7. Practice in a warm room, especially if you're in a colder climate.

8. Give yourself at least 1 hour of dedicated practice time, free from distractions.

9. Switch things up! Practicing the same flow every day can get stale, so keep it fresh & take different styles of online classes.

10. Reach out to your online teacher for support or with any questions you may have.

Feel free to join me at my livestream and on-demand studio for Yoga Flows, BodySculpt, and Surrender practices - available anytime, anywhere.

Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
