NEW - Time to Shine Flow + Playlist
As we step into the dark season of November, it's time for us to truly shine. The world might seem a bit gloomy around this time of year, but it's the perfect opportunity for us to focus on nurturing our inner light. One of the best ways to do that is through yoga, particularly with my latest flow, “Time to Shine Flow.”
This flow is a blend of twists, balances, & backbends. Twists are cleansing, balance postures are great for focus, and backbends release tension in your chest, neck, & shoulders. These postures are carefully linked together to help us tap into our inner strength and glow from the inside out. It's not just about physical strength, but also about cultivating mental and emotional resilience.
So, let's embrace the dark season and use it as a time to nurture our inner light. Remember, it's your time to shine!
