+ if you want to deepen your personal yoga practice where you will learn the skills to put your mat down & practice on your own and/or become a certified yoga teacher, YogaSix West Boca is hosting a 200hr Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Training from September 30th-December 11th. I will be co-leading the training.
