300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training- starting in October at Birchwood Center Nyack, NY

I learned this pose, Goddess Pose at Birchwood Center for Yoga and Massage. It is a variation of King Dancer Pose. What's different is Goddess Pose spirals and expands while King Dancer Pose is forward and direct.
