The Yoga of Doing Nothing in Nature

Ever since spring started life has been moving extra fast. So fast, that I feel like flowers are blooming from my skin with the uprush of creative energy that is being asked of me. As a result I'm looking forward to balancing my energy by having an extra day off this weekend as we observe Memorial Day on Monday. Over the weekend my plan is to do nothing other than to teach my Sunday 12 noon yoga class @ www.bamboomovesyoga.com in Englewood and just sit in a garden or walk through a favorite park with my family.

I call it the yoga of doing nothing in nature where you witness your surroundings, let go of having a schedule to follow as you sit or stroll and let the earth, sun, air and if you are near water ground and recharge you. It is the yoga of allowing your presence to simply be in a relationship with the elements.
