     Warrior Flow Sundays 9am

      This practice is an All Levels Yoga Flow Class. It is an alignment based and creatively sequenced feel good fluid flow class that focuses on slow to medium paced transitions to strengthen and stretch your body. This tempo helps you move with mindful control. After warming up, you will progress into deep postures that will focus your mind in the present moment. This practice is designed for people with yoga and or fitness experience.


     Gentle Warrior Yoga Flow Tuesdays and Thursdays 12noon

     This practice is a Level 1 Yoga Flow Class. It is an alignment based and creatively sequenced feel good slow flow class that focuses slow transitions to strengthen and stretch your body. This pace helps you move with mindful control. After warming up, you will focus on a pose or two that will focus your mind in the present moment. This practice is designed for students who like to practice slow and strong as well as practitioners newer to yoga.


      Surrender Fridays 5pm

     This practice is a healing blend of long hold stretchy Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. The benefits of this class are both physical and mental. Physically this class will help you release tension, increase mobility, and relieve pain from overused muscle groups in your hips, legs, back, and shoulders. Mentally you will rest from the everyday stresses of life and unwind. This practice will ease anxiety, boost your mood, and improves sleep.
