Both of these yoga practices balance the energies of giving and receiving within your heart with a slow and mindful vinyasa flow blend of back bends, hip openers as well as arm and standing balances. There are serene moments threaded throughout these practices for compassionate reflection as well as periods of physical effort that is available to most levels of yoga practice. The result is an overall feeling of emotional calm, physical rejuvenation and a compassionate heart.
Both of these practices raise awareness to The Himalayan Institute's One Tribe Project who builds libraries in Cameroon, Africa.
